KSR ERP / Database
Logical proposal
Data model · traceability · integrity

Data that can be followed end to end.

A conceptual map of the records the ERP may need. Exact keys, fields, retention, ownership and database technology remain subject to architecture and client approval.

Schema statusLogical draft · no migrations
ⓘ
Not a physical database schema.

Stock and finance source-of-truth choices, tenant boundaries and data-retention rules must be approved before detailed design.

Core entity groups

Master data describes the business; transaction data records what happened.

01 · Organization & access

◈ Business structure

Entity ownership and location scopes that constrain records and user access.

02 · Identity & reference

◎ Shared masters

Controlled reference records used consistently across purchasing, production and sales.

03 · Procurement

↗ Supplier-to-stock

Commercial order and actual receipt remain separate, linked records.

Review status: proposal, not a physical schema

Entity names, fields, keys, cardinalities and optional tables require architecture and client approval. Common audit fields and detailed entity notes are in the data dictionary. This page does not create or change a database.

Ayurvedic batch traceability path

Proposed lineage from supply origin to the customer destination, where identifiable.

Read logical data specification →
Supplier→Goods receipt→Raw lot + inspection→Material issue→Order + formula version→Finished batch→QC release→Sale + destination
Backward trace

From a finished batch to the production order, exact formula version, consumed raw-material lots, supplier, receipt and inspection records.

Forward trace

From an input lot to affected output batches, warehouse balances, transfers, invoices and recorded customers where customer identity exists.

Integrity rules in the proposal

Historical transactions should remain explainable.

01
Inventory ledger is canonical

Balance summaries are derived or reconcilable to posted quantity movements; reservations remain distinct from physical stock.

02
Posted history is immutable

Correct through linked reversals or controlled amendments, never silent edits to posted stock or financial activity.

03
Versioned manufacturing records

A production order references the approved formula version used at the time, even after a later formula is created.

Proposed logical relationships

Illustrative only; cardinality and physical implementation require review.
